This structure ensures you’re improving every week - not just training hard, but training smart.
We offer two options depending on your goals:
The Martial Artist Path – For those who want to improve skill, fitness, and confidence, without the pressure of heavy sparring or competition.
The Fighter Path – For those who want to compete, with staged sparring, interclub opportunities, and full fight prep.
Whichever path you choose, you’ll train alongside great people, under experienced coaches, with a clear roadmap ahead.
We run a 24-week rotating curriculum, split into 4 blocks of 6 weeks. Each week focuses on a specific skill area, such as:
- Composure and balance
- Striking combinations and defense
- Clinch work and inside control
- Sparring drills and fight tactics
Each class follows a proven format: warm-up, pad rounds, targeted drills, and technique coaching. You’ll know what you’re working on and why, every time you show up!
Our grading system isn’t about gimmicks and belts - it’s about personal milestones. You’ll be assessed across the five pillars, with transparent standards and constructive feedback. It’s a tool to track progress and stay motivated, not a gimmick.
