Yes! At Vision Muay Thai, we welcome individuals of all fitness levels, including complete beginners.

Our classes are designed to be accessible and enjoyable for everyone, with tailored coaching to ensure you can progress at your own pace.

Our supportive community and expert instructors will guide you through every step, ensuring you feel comfortable, empowered, and capable of keeping up, no matter your starting point.

Whilst we do not offer a beginner specific class, we do offer and encourage newcomers to complete our ‘F5 Program’.

This program is specifically designed to introduce new members to the fundamentals of Muay Thai, focusing on five key areas - it’s an ideal entry point for those new to martial arts.

The F5 Program ensures you build a solid foundation, gain confidence, and seamlessly integrate into our open classes.

Yes. For hygiene purposes its is imperative that you supply your own gloves, wraps and shin pads (and any further equipment necessary).

Hire gear is available at the front desk for $10 (complimentary for trial sessions).

Anything you feel is appropriate and comfortable to move around in.

Although Muay Thai is generally done barefoot, we suggest you bring running shoes/sneakers to each session just incase!

We understand that everyone’s goals and comfort levels are different so sparring is not a requirement at Vision Muay Thai, however we do encourage and guide partnered contact drills as this plays a key role in the progression of any martial artist.

Our focus is on helping each member work towards their individual goals, whether that’s improving fitness, learning self-defense, or simply being part of a supportive community.

Yes! We provide both individual PT sessions and tailored corporate/ team bonding sessions.
